As a staff from  a company that engaged in the sales and promotions of theme park within Johor Bahru, Malaysia and even in Singapore. I was given the chance to explore the beautiful FANPEKKA town  through the initiative of our assistance Manager (of course I don’t need to mention her name).

As part of the team, we were assisted by the supervisor of the Theme Park named as Cik Anira and the experience was really amazing. I love the interior design as well as the cleanliness inside the said theme park. Their staff were great. All of them were smiling and it excite me as a customer.

On our trip, I am glad to share the following Q and A between me and her:

So what about FANPEKKA?

Its Tonttu. Photo by Zougart Peru
FANPEKKA is the town of Tonttu.  It originated in Finland. FANPEKKA AEON Mall Tebrau was established on the 27th of October 2016 and it was the first FANPEKKA theme park within Malaysia. Cik Anira also mentioned that other countries like China and Thailand had this kind of theme park. Another FANPEKKA theme park is also in the process of development in Indonesia.

FANPEKKA is a town where children  can learn creative ideas while playing. Every child can get the full enjoyment of “miski”, a place where they can develop their creative and artistic skills.

Who is Tonttu?
Tonttu is the official character of FANPEKKA. He is a small fairy. He is the helper of Santa Clause. He is five years old and he has a character of a hard working and naughty elf. He also love kids.

What are the places of Interests inside this theme park?

Lasten Castle. An old castle that Tonttu had revived. The Castle is very classic. It has a Dressing Room and a staircase like a real Medieval Castle. The children can also dress like princess or princes depending on which character the children want to be.  It helped the kids to build their own creativity.

Lasten Ocean. It is surrounded by over 500,000 white and blue balls. It has its own projector slide for the kids to play and enjoy. The kids really enjoyed playing in this place. They love the slide and the staff make sure that the kids are all safe. Nice one.

Build your house according to your creativity.
Assembly Leikkimokki. This is a place where the kids can have the opportunity to build a house together with their parents. They can customise the interior and exterior design of the house based on the available resources inside the place.

Ice cream shop. My favorite place within  Role Play area of FANPEKKA. Photo by Zougart Peru

Role Play. This is a place where the kids can act like an adult. They will be exposed to different types of shops. They can either be the seller or the buyer.   The kids can have a role playing activity with the different shops which include a Pizza House, Bakery Shop, Burger Shop, Ice Cream Shop, Post Office, Flower Shop, Fruit Stall, Fire Rescue Operations, and even a customer or a waiter inside a Café.

Workshop. They have a specific workshop area where the kids can experience handmade crafts which were created by Tonttu.

Toy Corner. A place where Tonttu made toys for his little friends. The kids will surely love the toys.
